The conference aims to open the way for researchers and interested people from Libya and abroad to participate in enriching the scientific research and development movement on the spatial data infrastructure for Libya, as spatial data management is one of the most important pillars of e-government and represents the most prominent manifestations of digital transformation supporting governance and transparency. This requires an effective system for managing the spatial data environment. The conference also provides an opportunity to exchange experiences and knowledge at the local and international levels, and works to build and strengthen bridges of cooperation and open channels of knowledge flow between the inside and the outside.
