the Libya Spatial Data Infrastructure Project is embodied in empowering society and its institutions of this inherent right, by providing the opportunity for everyone to obtain the data available to the Libyan state, including statistical and spatial data and information, and sharing and exchanging data to ensure that it is used when needed, in an integrated framework that includes laws and legislation related to the project and is implemented in accordance with the latest
